Mike Huckabee, the former Republican governor of Arkansas, will officially announce plans to form a presidential exploratory committee on Monday, the Associated Press reports. Huckabee, 51, was born in Hope, Ark. - a place that might remind you of another former Arkansas governor who went on to the White House.
Huckabee was governor for 10 1/2 years - forced out by term limits.
